1.Title

Company: We, us, Sydney Lens Rental Pty Ltd (S.L.R, in abbreviation)
Renter: You, customer of S.L.R.

4.Collection and Return

1. Rental charges commence from the time and date the equipment leave S.L.R., or the time we deliver to you; Terminate when equipment is received back by S.L.R.
2. Customer may request a delivery or pick up services. A charge may apply depending on the locations.
3. Should you fail to return the equipment by the due date and time, a Late Return Fee will be charged, calculated on hourly basis, based on the DOUBLED regular rental fee. To avoid Late Return Fee, please advise us, at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled return time. We only charge you the regular rate in hourly basis, instead of Late Return Fee.
4. Should the Renter not return equipment 24 hours after the due time, without prior arrangement with S.L.R, the Equipment will be considered stolen and the Police notified immediately. The rental charge will continue, doubled, until all equipment is returned.

5.Equipment

1. All Equipments remain the property of S.L.R.
2. All Equipments must be returned as the same condition when rental started.
3. Any lost, unreturned, or damaged equipment will be charged to the Renter, based on the value of equipment that we agreed. The value of equipments can be found on the packing list named “Agreed Values”.
4. You may share the equipment with others, but the Renter, not anyone else, will be the person liable for any damage or lost at all times during the rental period.???
5. All or part of the bond will be used to replace or repair the equipment. Where the cost of repair or replacement of equipment exceeds the bond, the Renter will be charged in full for all repairs or replacement costs.

7. Bond & Payments

1. All equipment is hired against a security bond. This bond must be made with the payment for equipment hire. No monies will be deducted from your credit card, unless equipment is returned in a damaged or incomplete state.
2. Rental and Deposit payments must be made in full before the goods leave the premise of Sydney Lens Rental Pty Ltd.
3. On return of equipment an inspection will be made. If all equipment is present and in the same condition as when picked up, the security bond will be fully released. Refunds will be paid using the same method as the deposit was made.

8. Liabilities

1. S.L.R. is not liable for any legal issues relating to Renter’s behavior during the rent period.
2. Renter is liable for any damaged caused by the improper use. To avoid the improper use, a user’s manual is provided with the equipment. We strongly recommend Rent to read the user’s manual before commencement of use. It is the Renter’s reasonability to read the manual and follow the instructions.
3. The Renter hereby indemnifies S.L.R from liability of any and all losses, damage, injuries, claims, demands and expenses of whatsoever kind of nature arising out of the use of the rented equipment.
4. S.L.R’s liability, if any, for supplying defective equipment to the Renter is limited to a rebate of the rental charged.

Product
1.All the products we provided are 100% brand new with original box and all inclusions.
2.Ore goods are imported from overseas distributor or Wholesellers.


Order and Payment
1.You can place the order either by online enquiry form or email. We do not accept phone order.
2.We will confirm your order/price in written and it will be valid for minimum 48 hours.
3.Upon you accept the offer, you are required to pay the price by EFT. Banking details can be found here.
4. Payment must be made in Australian Dollars Only;
5.If your order is short stock, you may request either refund or back oreder;
6.Please put your details in reference when making payment.
7. Please Allow upto 2 working days to receive your payment. Once your payment being received, we will notify you by written.
8.You may required to pay tax/tariff.

Price
1.Prices we quote are exclusive GST and are in Australian Dollars;
2.Prices are subject to change without prior notice. But we will lock-in the quote for 48 hours, if we did not receive payment in 48 hours, the quote may be invalid due to change of foreign exchange. You may be better off, also maybe pay more than the quote. we will confirm with you before go ahead.

Shippment
1.Normally we bear the shipping cost. However, in some circumstances, we may request the shipping cost to be paid along with the price.
2.It will take 3-5 working days to receive the goods.
3.We will arrange to deliver the goods to you, or via Post/Courier. So detailed address is required.

Warrenty
Some prodcuts come with Austrlian Warrenty while some do not. Please confirm both availability and price when place the order.
